Fractional DevOps
A senior engineer embedded in your team a few days a week — hands-on work, reviews and infra ownership, without the full-time hire.
What you get
Senior ownership, not another advisor.
Weekly hands-on days
Real tickets closed in your repos — not slide decks and advice.
Infra reviews
Terraform and pipeline PRs reviewed by a senior before they merge.
Roadmap ownership
The infra backlog is triaged, prioritized and actually driven forward.
Mentoring
Your developers level up in ops instead of depending on us forever.
Incident backup
An extra senior pair of hands when production is on fire.
Vendor & cost control
Cloud bills, contracts and tooling choices reviewed with an owner's eye.
How it goes
Onboard, then a steady cadence.
01
Onboard
Access, context interviews and a triage of the current infra backlog.
02
Cadence
Fixed days each week: delivery, reviews and being present where your team works.
03
Review
A monthly look at goals, scope and whether the engagement still fits.
Scope
Where the days go.
Whatever moves your infrastructure forward — agreed each month, tracked in your board.

FAQ
Questions clients actually ask.
How many days a week do we get?
Typically two or three, agreed monthly. The cadence is fixed so your team knows exactly when the engineer is in.
Is it always the same person?
Yes. You get one named engineer who knows your context, with team backup only for vacations and emergencies.
How is this different from an agency?
No juniors, no handoffs, no account managers. The person you talk to is the person in your terminal.
Our stack is unusual. Will it fit?
Fifteen years across clouds, bare metal and everything between. If we are genuinely not a fit, we say so in the first call.
Can we scale up or down?
Monthly. Grow to more days before a big launch, shrink after — or pause entirely with a clean handover.
